Dear Shania,
You've simply sent me the same - obviously standard - email as last time and haven't answered my question: namely what part of our website was deemed offensive?
Is this the way Yahoo's customer service treats all of it's paying customers?
We've read, and re-read you TOS four times and there seems to be nothing in there that we can see violates your terms and conditions. Our website is compiled with permission from other websites, many of them hosted by Yahoo and those sites are still freely available for all to see.
The least as I would expect, the VERY least, as a paying customer to Yahoo is to be treated with respect and to have my simple query answered and not be fobbed off with the same 'Cut and Paste' answer twice.
So, one more time, what part of our website was deemed offensive and by whom?

Dear Shania,
Thank you very much for explaining why our website was removed.
Would you be so kind as to let us know exactly where we violated your TOS (what page on our website or the offending text) as we would like to continue hosting with Yahoo and do not want this to happen again.
I add that we were given no notice that we had offended anyone or violated your TOS. Had we received any warning, would have simply removed what Yahoo deemed offensive.
Kindest regards

Ha. This just happened to my account too. Luckily I wasn't very attached to it. Some people have had luck with calling Yahoo; perhaps you could try that. I never liked Yahoo in the first place, my Yahoo email was just the one I directed all my spam to. More reasons to use GMail... I'm sure they have that same "we can delete your account at any time for any reason" bit in their ToS, any online anything ought to, but I'd expect they'd act with more discretion.
