I did not mean that you are the only case. Of course we do have some few quality cases with our products, please note that we are producing and selling big numbers all over the worlds. We are producing according to international quality standards but of course we sometimes experience some cases of quality issues. This is what has happened to you and I am sorry for that.
What I did mean was that I without seeing the pictures I can´t give you a suitable explanation. As quality are extremely important for Etac we are doing the outmost in order to increase our quality and sort out all different kind of quality problems. That´s why we so urgently need pictures or the actual product in order to help you.
